<p>This was the source of my inspiration to create my own 500 Fat Loss Challenge program. This is a very challenging routine that isn&#8217;t intended to be a daily plan, but it&#8217;s a great thing to do on the weekend or to close out the seven day period.</p>
<p> For example, you&#8217;d perform your typical routine on Mondays and Wednesdays and do the BodyMass 100, the plan that is producing results like twenty lb weight loss in eight weeks or less.Once the first challenge is met, the bar is raised and more time and more repetitions are eventually added.</p>
<p> Some exercises might have ten reps each and others might have 15 or more, depending on whether they are chinups, body squats, or something else.</p>
<p> While a 100 repetition challenge is nice, it&#8217;s really awesome to work up to the 500 repetition challenge. The 500 reps should be done in a forty minute sesion. You can share your experiences in the <a href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/chat" target="_blank">weight loss forum</a>.</p>
<p> All the exercises in the challenge should be done with the weight of your body only and no additional equipment.Your motivation will benefit from taking a fat loss challenge and you&#8217;ll also find that working out is more enjoyable that way.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll find that doing a challenge every week will keep the typical routine from getting boring so you&#8217;ll want to keep on track for another week to come.</p>
<p> The knowledge that you&#8217;ll be tested after the week will give yourself incentive to work hard and get results. After the success I had from making the BodyMass 500, I went ahead and developed the BodyMass 1000, something that was even harder to do. <p>There&#8217;s never been a time when i finished my workout and felt like I&#8217;ve not been doing anything useful.In cases like these where a workout is not effective, we need to implement a solution.</p>
<p>Check out the methodology I&#8217;d use with the routine to make it effective and than you can decide if you&#8217;re working hard enough or not.You might want to select weights that are different from the ones I&#8217;ll use, so you&#8217;ll have to make sure you pick some that will demand effort on your part.</p>
<p> What we need to do is make the workout so that it will burn fat.</p>
<p> I&#8217;m going to look at the mid-range section from the workout manual and see what we can do.Once you&#8217;re warmed up and prepared to engage your body, you&#8217;ll be at the right point to begin your fat burning routine. This will help you experience <a href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/" target="_blank">rapid weight loss</a>.</p>
<p>1-A Begin with 8 reps with splitsquatting using 60 or 70 lb DBs. 1b: Inclined pressing with dumbbells. Do eight iterations of these. I would probably take eighty or ninety lb. bells to get a good workout.</p>
<p> 2a: Fifteen Balance-ball leg-curls. To make this harder, do twenty five or do it with one leg only.</p>
<p> 3b: Delt-Rear Raises, qty ten, with fifteen or twenty lb. DBs should be pretty tough.</p>
<p> Once you get this intensified session finished, take a break for a minute or two and then hop on the tread-mill to do an interval workout.</p>
<p>Interval Session -A-</p>
<p> An interval should never be anything but hard to do. I&#8217;ll go at about 12 mph with a machine if I wasn&#8217;t doing it outdoors. If you&#8217;re new to this, you can always walk for intervals at 3.75 mph.
