It’s so easy nowadays. You can sit in the comfort of your own lounge, without all the problems of fighting your way round the crowds of shoppers. You can peruse different websites and choose whatever you desire. It still fascinates me what you can actually buy on line. The choices are endless and you can go from the absolute extreme of buying a house online, to buying something absolutely silly like a rubber duck.
The other night I was looking for an online florist as I need to send my great aunt in Birmingham a nice bouquet of birthday flowers/Christmas flowers. As her birthday is on the 24th December I can get away with sending her just one bouquet of flowers. I was amazed at the vast choice of online Birmingham florists. When did the internet get so big? Now when you do a search for something, there are thousands of different results. I wonder how big the internet can actually get. With all the online competition, it’s a wonder that some of the companies survive. From my own point of view, when I search on line, I never look beyond page 3 of the results pages. What happens to all the different companies that are ranked as far down as page 100. Do they ever actually get any business?
Mind you have you seen some of the websites that are way down the search engine rankings? They are absolutely shocking. I swear that some firms believe they can just put together a rubbish looking website and get lots of business from it.
It is so very important to get a website built correctly, without a good website you won’t get anywhere with your online business.
